Overview
On the website's homepage, vivid imagery showcased the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of meals available. The sign-up process was streamlined, ensuring new customers could quickly create an account and dive into the offerings. Once logged in, users could effortlessly preview meal choices, place orders, and set up their preferred delivery schedules. Feedback and reviews held a special place.
The design journey started with understanding the diverse users of cloud storage. Conversations with potential users, ranging from IT professionals to business executives, illuminated the common challenges and preferences. This foundational research ensured the design would cater to genuine user needs, not just theoretical ones. In the midst of an evolving cloud landscape, the primary focus was to keep the dashboard's interface clean, intuitive, and adaptive.
Users needed to move between different storage solutions, manage vast amounts of files, and have a clear overview of their costs. So, the design prioritized a seamless switch between platforms like AWS and Azure, a coherent file management system, and a transparent cost tracker. The prototype of the Acembly dashboard was then introduced to a select group of users. Their hands-on interaction was invaluable. Feedback highlighted what resonated with users and what areas needed a bit more fine-tuning.
The design team embraced this feedback, making iterative changes to enhance usability.
