Storyshaker stepped into the digital landscape with a mission: simplify social media management for companies. Process

Before diving into design, it was crucial to understand the needs and preferences of potential users. Through direct conversations with social media managers, marketers, and company representatives, a clearer picture of the daily challenges and necessities in social media management emerged. This research phase highlighted the need for a tool that was efficient yet straightforward. Armed with user insights, the design process for the dashboard began.

Solution

The layout was crafted to minimize clutter, ensuring that users could perform tasks without unnecessary distractions. While the backend processes involved sophisticated algorithms, especially for performance analytics, it was imperative to present this information in an easily digestible manner on the frontend.
