Overview

Storyshaker stepped into the digital landscape with a mission: simplify social media management for companies. By providing tools that streamline post scheduling, comment management, and performance insights, Storyshaker aimed to be the go-to platform for businesses looking to enhance their online presence. Central to achieving this goal was the creation of an intuitive and functional dashboard/web-application.

Before diving into design, it was crucial to understand the needs and preferences of potential users. Through direct conversations with social media managers, marketers, and company representatives, a clearer picture of the daily challenges and necessities in social media management emerged. This research phase highlighted the need for a tool that was efficient yet straightforward. Armed with user insights, the design process for the dashboard began. The primary goal was clarity. With various functionalities like scheduling posts, interacting with comments, and checking stats, it was essential to present these tools in a way that users could quickly grasp and use.

The layout was crafted to minimize clutter, ensuring that users could perform tasks without unnecessary distractions. While the backend processes involved sophisticated algorithms, especially for performance analytics, it was imperative to present this information in an easily digestible manner on the frontend. Graphs, charts, and other visual cues were designed to be straightforward, giving users a quick snapshot of their social performance at a glance.
